Fully recyclable hoarding systems

Blenheim have been working on a fully recyclable hoarding system and believe that we are the first company to do so. It is reusable and re-locatable.

Framework :
The material is made up of 100% high quality recyclable plastic residue, mainly from the nutrition and packaging industry.

Our framework is composed of low density polyethylene (LDP), high density polyethylene (HDP) and polypropylene (PP).

Properties :
Maintenance free / non rotting / splinter free / can be worked as wood.

Frost proof / re-usable.

Hoarding Panels :

We have two type of panels:

Smart Ply OSB Board :
which is fully certified by the FSC. This certification is supported by Greenpeace and WWF. It satisfies all the UK Government requirements for sustainable and legal timber. It is manufactured using zero added formaldehyde. The board is printed using ultra violet cured direct to substrate inks. (Not using peel off films which are then stuck on to boards).

The printing can be used on a single board 2440x1200x18mm. This can display health and safety information which can be re-used on other sites, or the boards joined together can tell a story of advertising to infinitum. We can produce samples in company colours with additional logos etc.

Powder Impression Moulding :
The second board is a powder impression moulding. It is an environmental alternative to plywood. It is made from waste plastics which would otherwise go to a land fill site. If and when the board is of no further use to the contractor/client, then it can be returned to us and will be remade. The board can be manufactured in client/contractor colours.
